This is the best nail salon ever. They are sweet, communicative, gentle, and my nails last a really long time even though I get them soaked pretty much 20 times a day.As a nurse, you need them to be durable and they DELIVERED. Went here for years <3 loved my nails every time.

Nails broke immediately after finishing service, within 3days after 7 nails broken off. Told to come in to get a fix, when arriving store empty but told due to others appointments I couldn't be helped. I've arrive multiple times with an appointment time and have been told to wait until who ever was being helped was finished. They ended up giving me a refund of my money instead of fixing their mistake. A day before my birthday at 4:30pm. Thanks for screwing up, I will not be coming back ever again and I hope others find this review helpful!

Disappointing for what it's worth. $35 sloppy gel manicure, where the manicurist was more concerned with gossiping with her coworker than cleaning up her mistakes and all the gel caked under several of my nails. Maybe next time I'll request Mimi specifically, according to other reviews, cause it was just so-so

I had a horrible experience here, super rude, they don't know how to deal with the customer and they don't accept complaints I made a nail extension that was supposed to be gel, they put a plastic nail with glue and painted it they said it was a new technique something I didn't ask I did in one day the other day a nail fell off I went there and fixed it the other day another one fell off I asked for my money back because I wouldn't have time to go there every day to fix a nail that falls off they said no the job was done but a really bad job made with bad material if I wanted this painted plastic nail I would go to Walgreens and already buy one and put it on it was plastic and painted anyway I don't recommend it and the place is super dirty Ilprice $65 thrown in the trash because another nail just fell off I will take them all out and do it somewhere elseService: Nail extensions

I've been a customer of Mimi' for years. I rarely write reviews but I am so upset with the behavior of Mimi that I wanted to share so that others will be aware. Making an appointment with her is always challenging but anytime I've come into the salon she accepts walk-ins. I've been made to wait 85% of the time and I always make an appointment. If I've ever been late or running behind, 2x in all the years , she will not see me because it's unfair to the next customer. I agree with that and on those 2 occasions I rescheduled my appointment. Yesterday I had a 4:00 pm appointment, I arrived at 3:30 pm. I was told to pick my color, at 3:40 pm Mimi finished the client in the chair and got up to socialize with the other workers. Her husband was in the salon, he has done my nails several times and didn't even offer to start on my nails. Then Mimi tells me to wait a few minutes, at 4:05 pm I got up and left. Those people are beyond inconsiderate and my time is just as valuable as theirs. They're behavior is beyond unprofessional and RUDE !!! I won't be back and anyone reading this should think twice unless you like being treated poorly !!!!

Customer service is horrible here at this place 3 times with appointment and they had make me wait for more than an hour. and had help other people that speaks their same language very disappointing will never come back here never feel so discriminated like I fell in this place..Services: Gel manicures

The BEST eyelash extensions, by far. I've worn false eyelashes and eyelash extensions for years, long before even the current trend. I prefer extensions for the convenience and longer wear, but they can be uncomfortable, or look "too" fake. As I prefer a more natural look. (I go for 10 or 11) MiMi IS AN ARTIST. Her lash quality is amazing. So soft, full, and fluffy. The glue has never caused me irritation. MiMi is always so nice, and worth every penny. Yes, she is more expensive than the most, but for me the compromise of inferior quality and puffy eyes from irritating glue or hard stiff lash fiber isn't worth it. Treat yourself. You will LOVE the results.
I also get my mani's and gel pedi's done here. I love the extras included with the pedi service, like salt scrub exfoliating. I read some other reviews, and it is true the mani's are very basic. They recommend not cutting cuticles for nail health. However I do prefer the look when I have mine cut. If you do too, ask for a soak, nail cleaning (I ask for alcohol clean under nail), and cuticle cut. They will accommodate, and the price is the same either way.
Final note: The salon is small, and often busy. Appointments aren't required, but I highly recommend them.
