I would have gave 5 stars just for the price and customer service. But what I was REALLY impressed with is the attention to detail that was given to the Pergola they built. The lay out was PRECISE!! I mean exactly down the center of the doorway, I mean the bolts drilled exactly down the center of the 8”x8” posts. Free standing and sturdy. I’m a contractor so I can truly appreciate someone who cares for their craft. That’s a hard thing to manage with a team as large as his.

I highly recommend A1. A1 built a beautiful lattice privacy structure in our backyard and built privacy and height additions to our sidewalk facing fence while adding a new gate with a deadbolt key lock on the fence. They work with a knowledgeable locksmith who added the lock and it's just been a great build experience. It was smooth from the initial visit and quote to the finish of the build. The crew was fast, efficient and friendly. The pricing is very fair and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Very impressed with the job they did.
Just had A 1 repair and replace the gates on side of our house. They did a great job. Everything was easy from setting up the estimate to the day the work was done. Everything on time and on schedule. Planning to use again.
