Jon came out to take a look - and instead of recommending an immediate removal, reassured me that the tree looked well and informed me about how to identify when/if it needed to go in the future. Then he was gracious enough to walk the remainder of my property with me to identify other areas that I should keep my eyes on, all without charge. All in all, I was really struck by how remarkably honest and generous the service was. When I do ultimately need tree services, I know where I'll be going.
