Hired this company to clean my carpet. Needless to say, I do a better job with my store brought carpet cleaner. I scheduled an appointment to have my carpet cleaned before thanksgiving and when my appointment day came Kenny told me that he forgot to put me on the schedule. He scheduled me for the next morning(total inconvenience) and the tech arrived 40 minutes late. The tech did not do a good job at all!! How fast he finished I knew it was not right. He rushed! After he left I tried calling him twice to let him know that the carpet was still dirty, but was unable to reach him. I then reached out to Kenny to let him know that I was not satisfied and he told me to send photos so that the tech would come back out the same evening or Friday(after thanksgiving). Tech ended up calling me back to address my concern. He claimed that he “hit the carpet as hard as he could.” Told me to wait 4 hours for it to dry as it would lighten up once dried. SN: it never takes 4 hours to dry when I clean my own carpet. He literally just soaked the floor and did not clean the carpet. Said that he would come back out to re-do the cleaning. I sent Kenny plenty of photos of the carpet and he never responded or reached back out to me to resolve my concern. I ended up cleaning the carpet myself as I should have done to begin with. 1/10 do NOT recommend and would not book again!

My appointment was at 2pm and I called him at 2:15. Got to my home 45 minutes later. Job was done fast and my carpet was left soaked. I had to pull out my cleaner to pull up the water that was left behind. 2 buckets later of dirty water. I had a bag on my staircase and instead of moving it or telling me to move it he cleaned around it not touching that part of the carpet. I tried being nice and texted him with pictures before placing any reviews but he didn’t text me back. Guess being the last job on a Saturday brings poor results. Never again will I use his services considering I paid $135 for a townhouse living room (small area) and 2 flights of steps from Groupon. I’ll continue to carpet clean my own home because my Bissell works better than his industrial machinery.

I had called because of the beautiful before and afters I had seen online. The two men that came to my home were super sketchy. The Hispanic dude told me that one of the stains were gonna require a “deep clean” & told me I needed to cash app him an additional $75 to him personally & then pay the company the $150. To my knowledge I was not as stupid as he mistaken me for. I knew right away he was trying to hustle me. So in my head I was even more worried & very uncomfortable. I called the Owner Kenny & informed him & I begged him not to call the guy while he was in my home. I was seriously very scared I was home alone with my children. Keep in mind these two men that came in seemed very sketchy. Of course Kenny ended up calling the man that was in my house & told him about the incident. That could have been bad, not only was I extremely uncomfortable & scared but had the man been a dangerous or excessive person he could have put me & my children in danger. Definitely don’t recommend this company I instantly regretted hiring them after the two men came inside.

I've used Kinneys for 20+ years, but now can't even get a call back - left 1 message on their machine and 1 with their answering service and no call backs. Both calls were made during normal business hours. Guess I'll be switching to the competition

Kinney's Carpet Care just cleaned all my floors - carpet upstairs and tile downstairs. I called on a Friday and they were her the next Monday. They showed up exactly on time.The tech did a fantastic job and even though my carpets are fairly new, I could tell how much better everything looked when the work was done. Between the smoke from fires in the last few years and the pollen this year I was not surprised at how much he was able to pull out of the carpets. The tile and grout on the main floor looks brand new! I highly recommend Kinney's Carpet Care!

on 6/22/23 Kinney's carpet care willfully dumped the waste water from their truck, frothing with soap or solvent onto the ground near the Upper Truckee river (Elks and 50)... then drove a few streets up the hill to service their next customer on Cherry Hills. They made no attempt to clean it up. The liquid that did not soak into the ground immediately and obviously flowed into the storm water ditch that connects to the river about 50 yards away. Their customers and the environment deserve better.

Called for a water extraction, they arrived in under an hour and did a great job. Will definately use them next time I get my carpets cleaned.

Always answers and communicates quick. Contacted them on the weekend and got back to me on the weekday since they are closed on weekend which is understandable. Super nice staff.
