Love this gym!! I have been coming here for over 4 years, the staff is always really friendly! I’ve participated in Anthony Koyas HIT Class, it’s a great way to start the day. I like lifting but I love and appreciate the wrestling mat upstairs I’m on it often stretching, jump roping, hitting box jumps and any exercise that requires me to lay down upstairs. Best times to go are early morning and late afternoon, but if you want to work out mid day it’s a great place to meet some people and a good opportunity to learn from the staff, trainers or even a new friend!

Gym equipment is lacking. Space is very small. Membership cost way too high.

I’m giving a low rating for several reasons. The bang for your buck is very low here: 1) Gym equipment is in generally okay condition, however the cleanliness is a major downside to this facility. The fans looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years and there is thick layers of dust on different surfaces. I’m not sure how that’s possible since it appears employees are vacuuming the floors regularly. Also, occasionally the bathroom will be absolutely disgusting with hair and other material all over. 2) I was charged two sauna maintenance fees while it was being worked on for a year which was somewhat reasonable, but now it is $5 for a twenty minute use as well. This gym does not reward loyalty. I think it can only get away with it because of the lack of competition in town. Go to Athletex instead, your $65 will be much better spent. Even planet fitness blows this place away for a quarter of the cost. Too bad it’s in Carson. 3) if a piece of gym equipment breaks, it takes literal months to get it repaired. They need a better solution.

We are in town visiting and just had a great workout and even got a “Happy Note” on the way in. Sony, the GM met us with the biggest smile and even a welcome hug.
As a fellow small gym owner I recognize true passion when I see it. She has a mega expansion in the works and was smiling ear to ear sharing her vision.
Highly recommend Gym Love!

Our family is here from out of town and decided to come in and work out . SSOOOO glad we did !!! What incredible owners and my husband and I loved the gym . It’s clean, there’s plenty of equipment, and nice and quiet. We wish the CrossFit was open because we would’ve tried that too..
We ended up just booking for the week so we could come back because we loved it so much.
Must come if you haven’t been here

Great gym! Easy to get to, open 24/7, not crowded, clean, and all the equipment and free weights you need for a good workout. This is the kind of gym that locals go to because it’s not full of tourists. No fuss, not for instagram selfies, just an old school gym for people that are serious about their workout. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here off and on for several years when I’m in town for the weekend.I really like the fact that they are open 24-7 as I like to work out early less crowded. This gym has everything you need for a good hard workout,or not so hard.Bathrooms are clean, out on the main floor equipment and floor is clean.Only issue I have is with the keyless entry at the door. The last time I went there, they had the buttons on the door where you would be sent a code in your email and you’d punch that code in and it would let you in. Now you have to download an app follow the steps hold your phone one to 2 feet away from the sensor and it will open the door. I don’t know what it is I have nothing but issues with trying to get that door open with the old system and now the new system. I went in yesterday, Saturday, August 23 during regular business hours paid the $25. The young lady there set me up told me what I had to do. I showed up this morning Sunday at around 4:30 AM and had a heck of a time trying to get in the door. I tried probably a half a dozen times and it finally opened. I don’t know if other people are having same issues or if it’s just me. this is still my go to Gym in South Tahoe I just really like it.if you’re an out of towner like me, you need a good workout place give this place a hard look.

The only good thing about this gym is that it’s open 24hs and location. Downs: Lack of mirrors and ventilation, limited amount of machines and when they break it takes too much time to them to fix. Like the lat-pull down machine they just fixed it but its been more than a month. Crazy. Sauna been closed all winter and now that its going to be re-open there is a new “fee” if you want to use it. At the moment there is times where its still not too crowded but good luck in summer. Hope this helps.
