“I had pipes freezing in a bathroom after I bought a house. The previous owner had done some work on the exterior to try and temper the issue, but it wasn't successful.Zach came in and was able to explore where the cold spots were with and FLIR camera and found some abnormal cold spots above a window where there was an overhang directly below the bathroom.After opening up the overhang, he found that there was no insulation and the sink and shower pipes were completely exposed. There was evidence of the pipes cracking and minor leaking.He took care of coordinating with a plumber to get the plumbing repaired, then insulated the area properly. The one location on the inside where he had to go through the ceiling was expertly sealed back up and the cut seam only visible if you know where to look.I'm very pleased with Zach and Tancon.
