We had a great experience replacing the carpet throughout our entire house, including two new bedrooms that were still under construction. We had to split the installation into two visits and reschedule a few times due to construction, and they were always flexible and accommodating.
They never pressured us to buy a more expensive carpet and even offered to order samples to our home so we could make the right choice. Their customer service was excellent. They genuinely cared about helping us, not just making a quick sale. The installation turned out great, and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Alpine Carpet One in South Lake Tahoe with the carpeting of three sets of stairs. The people at Alpine at excellent to work with and true to their word. Best price we got from multiple bids. Plus, Greg (Alpine's carpet installer) is absolutely AMAZING - a true craftsman who cares about every detail of his work. (Our three sets of stairs were not easy to deal with). Be sure to ask for Greg when you place your order with Alpine!
