Our mom was challenging with dementia. We had multiple caregivers that couldn’t provide the care we needed.A woman showed up at 10 am, my sister greeted her and showed her around the house. My sister went to work on her home office and By 11am and I came to check on my mom with the new caregiver, while my sister was in the back office…the woman was intoxicated on something. She couldn’t stand up straight and ended up falling on the floor, slurring her words, and started crying and yelling at my mother, with dementia, that she didn’t like her. I would never recommend this company, after taking a friend of the family who is currently on Dialysis 77 years old and has stage 4 kidney failure, to the liquor store several times over the course of a year and a half of using their services. We have asked numerous times for them to stop doing that. Because him drinking before getting on the dialysis machine can kill him.
We used your service for a family reunion at South Lake Tahoe. My mother requires around the clock care. The three care givers assisting my mother, over a two day period, were outstanding. Everyone commented on the service she received. Thanks to the care givers she had an excellent time. Highly recommend this company. Mark H.
