“I went to Lucy's Bridal to get measured for my wedding dress today. I am getting my dress custom made in Oaxaca, but since I cannot fly to Oaxaca for a fitting, Mary offered to fit and tailor me when I explained my situation! She is such a sweetheart and very professional. She asked qualifying questions, like to show her the style of dress and how high will my heels be. She took extra measurements, just in case they needed specifics. She made sure I understood her markings so that I can explain them to my Oaxaqueña seamstress. I am so excited to receive the dress and come back for the final tailoring! Gracias Mary!!“

I was nervous handing over a jersey that is very dear to me with big stain on it and seeing as the jersey was white , I was ready to just make peace with it and continue to wear the jersey with all it's visible stain imperfections. I just picked up that same jersey and I was blown away. It looks like new. The stains are non existent. Thank you so much!“

Sometimes i end up doing it myself when i realize cutting and sowing back an easy pair of pants is $10. But i do have to give it to them, they do a great job. Also, the store hours on the maps is inaccurate. I've been there trying to drop off or pick up clothes when they open or about to close and it's been close.“

“Contrary to the few bad reviews, I had great service when I went for my first time today; I needed last minute same-day alteration for some baggy jeans that were too long and they were able to hem them to the perfect length same day! Went in at 8:20am and picked them up at 3:50pm! They have a small changing room as well! God bless your business! Will be back in the future for more alterations!“
