Terrible dry cleaning service! Messed up my boyfriend's 6 pair of Wrangles, but of course refuse to take accountability. Best believe we are taking them to small claims court. (Very easy to do if you wish to take them to small claims court)

We brought in my husband’s military dress uniforms (three total) to be dry cleaned. When I came to pick them up, I paid and received my change. Only after the transaction was finished did the employee casually tell me that a patch on one of the uniforms had come off during cleaning.

She said the patch “magically” came off and then told me I would need to go get it fixed somewhere else because they “don’t do that there,” as if it was no big deal at all. Every time I go , I place a big order. Over 200$ worth , which I pay up front. They give me a time & date for when to come & give me my receipt. I recently asked for their exact price on each piece of clothing & I did the math myself & noticed I’ve been overcharged. Which is my main concern. Not to mention I let the cashier know every time to take their tags off my clothes once they’re done & EVERY TIME they forget. Which leaves me with the inconvenience to take them off myself . These past 2 times I’ve gone they’ve also been late on THEIR deadline.
