Terrible dry cleaning service! Messed up my boyfriend's 6 pair of Wrangles, but of course refuse to take accountability. Best believe we are taking them to small claims court. (Very easy to do if you wish to take them to small claims court)
they rejected some pants that had paint on them. They didnt bother to explain why and didnt advise when they were dropped off .
Every time I go , I place a big order. Over 200$ worth , which I pay up front. They give me a time & date for when to come & give me my receipt. I recently asked for their exact price on each piece of clothing & I did the math myself & noticed I’ve been overcharged. Which is my main concern. Not to mention I let the cashier know every time to take their tags off my clothes once they’re done & EVERY TIME they forget. Which leaves me with the inconvenience to take them off myself . These past 2 times I’ve gone they’ve also been late on THEIR deadline.
