“First time here, I was hesitant to change of estheticians. But I don’t regret my decision, I was treated with a warm welcoming. Analyzed my skin well before making any decisions of what was needed. I found it heart warming how thoughtful she was in seeing how one half of my face needed a stronger treatment than my other half. So she did just that. From experience many wouldn’t take that in consideration and just do one product all around. The extraction was shocking as well, I didn’t experience much pain (because let’s be honest they are painful) but she did an excellent job without hurting me. I enjoyed the room setting, the dim lighting a nice face massage at the beginning. Nice warm blanket to be cozy. Overall they are very thoughtful to every detail. I enjoy these little things because that is someone who is thinking of your well being. Thank you I definitely made my next appointment truly enjoyed my visit“

They made sure to send me a reminder . It surprised me the quality of their amazing way of doing nails , she did such a great job . It was from a inspo picture that my daughter found on internet and guess what - to my point of view - she did them exactly as the picture . She took her time without rushing her work . I also got a pedi with gel nail polishing ( matte ) she told me how to clean them because she said they get dirty easily (something that I didn't know). Very quit place. “Tiffany was AMAZING. This was my first time getting sugared, I've never even been waxed. To say it was rough was an understatement but I think that's only because I've been shaving for YEARS and the hair was sooooo thick with it being my first time. However, Tiffany was incredibly patient, warm, and gentle. She offered so many breaks and continuously checked in with me every step of the way. “I really want to recommend this place. As I got older, I started looking for a trustworthy skincare clinic and tried several spots in Koreatown. Here, I received InMode and Ultherapy. Since my skin is sensitive, I was surprised to see a lot of bruising at first, but the doctor gave me a cream to help, and within 2–3 days, it got much better. And oh my gosh, the sagging in my cheeks and neck tightened up so well!

I was so impressed that I went back for a consultation and started Secret RF treatments for my acne scars, which have always been my biggest concern. Dr. Sue promised to do her best, so I decided to do three sessions. I’ve completed two so far, and honestly, my skin texture has improved so much. My acne scars have faded to the point that I barely need concealer now.

I also tried Botox on my forehead and jawline, and I’m extremely happy with the results. Because I had a dental implant on one side, my face looked slightly uneven before, but Dr. Sue and the nurse worked so carefully that my face is now balanced and natural-looking.

“I had my first tattoo removal appointment last Monday. They gave me an ice pack to numb the area and a lidocaine gel. She made sure I was wearing protective eye glasses. Then she zapped my tattoo with her laser. She then applied a gel to the tattoo and bandaged it up. Stay tuned for my next appointment.“
