The facility was extremely clean, and the front desk associates who checked me in were so friendly and welcoming. Once I entered the treatment area, everything was sanitized, clean, and fresh, which immediately made me feel comfortable.

It was great! Didn’t hurt almost at all and the lady was super sweet! It was my first time getting any kind of hair removal and I had a great experience can’t wait to keep coming back!
Ang was an amazing nurse and made the experience very easy. Only problem I have is nobody told me anything about having tattoos so I can’t do part of my upper back and I can’t do my shoulders which was told to me that I was getting. I have made a complaint with Michelle who is the sales rep I dealt with and hoping to either get my ears for free or do my neck instead of shoulders.
