If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in a limited-edition $500 soccer jersey, and they attached the ID tag by piercing the fabric with a safety pin instead of using the care label. It left a visible hole. When I brought it to their attention, the owner said, “It fixes itself” and “No one has ever complained.” That’s not acceptable when handling high-end garments. Poor customer service and poor judgment. I wouldn’t trust them with anything valuable.

My garments were dirtier than when I dropped them. Stains everywhere my work jackets had no stains, picked it up with a huge white mark. I still paid him, but I took most of the garments to another dry cleaner on Long beach.

We have been using this cleaners for a couple of times and it all seemed well except for the fact that they only take cash, but unfortunately this time around, they missed one of my garments, and they have not call me regarding this matter, also they close too early.
