DDS DragonLA Cabinetry & Construction
“We purchased our kitchen cabinets from this store, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to Grace for making the entire process so easy.
Grace was incredibly patient and communicative throughout the design process, especially as my wife took her time deciding on the perfect look. She created a detailed 3D model of our kitchen, offered thoughtful recommendations, and never made us feel rushed.
What really stood out was her honesty and attention to detail. After we finalized our selection, she received the cabinet color sample and called us to let us know it didn't look as good in person as it did in the photos. She gave us the opportunity to change the color at no additional cost, which we really appreciated. That level of care and integrity is hard to find.
We're extremely happy with our cabinets and the overall experience. We still need to order a kitchen island, and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this store—and especially Grace—to anyone looking for quality cabinets and exceptional customer service.”
