Avoid this company! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business. They took thousands of dollars upfront for a “custom” bed and promised a 3–4 week turnaround. It’s now been 11 weeks, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it except excuse after excuse week after week…. They’ve completely stopped responding. No updates, no accountability, nothing. It honestly feels like they were quick to take the money and then disappeared the second it was time to actually deliver. Do not trust this company.
Very disappointed with my experience with Zarcos Interior Design. I paid around $3,000 upfront for a custom piece, and was given a timeline that sounded reasonable at the time. Fast forward 12 weeks later, and I still haven’t received anything.
What’s even more frustrating than the delay is the lack of communication. There’s been no clear explanation for why things are taking this long, and no real effort to provide a concrete delivery date.

Great quality for furniture. It’s study and great material. I also got my dining chairs reupholster came out looking like new. I will recommend getting customized furniture here and also getting furniture reupholster.
