“A shout out to Peak Performance Care in Sonora Ca and their attentive staff.
I am very grateful to Dr Ellora Maggs, DPT for helping me with a pesky ankle issue. Her approach is creative and successful. Her assistant, Alisha, is delightful and competent when taking you through their protocol. You are in good hands from the moment you step into the handsome building and warmly greeted by the folks at the counter.
Gratefully Yours

“Caitlin is iconic. Being a Pilates virgin, I wanted to try a new form of exercise but was super nervous. Caitlin made me feel not only comfortable enough to book my first class, but kept me coming back for more! (She has packages to keep you set up for success.) Caitlin takes time to adjust movements custom to each person without having to ask. There are certain movements that don’t work for me and she is able to quickly set me up in a different way to benefit my body. I’ve felt sore in muscles I didn’t even know existed (in the best way!). My posture and overall health has majorly improved. Highly recommend you start your Pilates journey with Caitlin (:”
