Simply the best in the Gold Country! I am embarassed that I did not call them first. John and everyone at Sindelar Plumbing are courteous, understanding, professional and just good people... not to mention they know whjat they are doing. Another company charged me $1,800 just to dig a hole and tell me they couldn't find the problem and that we needed ground penetrating radar and would need to jackhammer the foundation and that I could expect the cost to be an additional $5,000 or more. John Walked into my home, realized the problem within a few minutes, came back the next day and was able to solve a water leak UNDER the foundation without a jackhammer and at a reasonable cost. I had a great experience with Sindelar Plumbing. We had a noticeable leak from upstairs bathroom going down to our bottom floor. I called and Alyssa helped me get service quickly. They sent someone out the next morning. Aaron and his partner diagnosed the few issues they saw. They had to find the parts for my shower valves and I got a call just an hour after they had left saying they could come back and complete the job the same day as they located the exact parts for my shower. They even took care of a couple little things they noticed for me while they were there. Most importantly, the customer service was amazing. I really appreciated my communication not only with the gentlemen doing the work, but with Alyssa at the front desk. I highly recommend them for honest work at a fair price. I may be adding a half bath soon and will be looking into a quote for that. Thank you guys!
