This company is excellent and honest. I was expecting to have my septic pump replaced for around 2100 dollars. Their technician arrived with a new pump and motor but found the problem was only a relay and float switch, and my pump and motor were working, saving me about 1700 dollars. Their response was prompt and they arrived when they said they would.

You know that scene ... the toilet starts bubbling, the sink drains slow, and this awful smelly mystery brown liquid (yeah, we know what it is) fills the showers and tubs. And it's late in the evening on a Thursday. And you have guests coming for a week Saturday morning. And you're desperate.I called and left a message on the answering machine, desperately telling my story, promising everything short of my firstborn if they can squeeze me in the next day.I got to work Friday morning, phone in hand, waiting for 8:00 to arrive so I could call El Dorado and beg. At 7:57 my phone rang -- it was Renee calling to get me on the schedule. El Dorado arrived and pumped the dump!! The two young men -- one the owner's son -- were helpful and respectful.I am grateful that the backup is gone, my guests arrived this morning, and can use our showers and toilets normally!!Thank you El Dorado! You have a new customer.

Nothing like arriving at your cabin after work in the snow, only to be greeted by the dreaded red light glaring and lighting up the dark like Rudolph's nose on your septic tank! Yet, there we were. We only slightly panicked as we don't have much experience dealing with potentially messy situations. After trying to paste back together the soggy directions to the tank, we discovered the previous owner's number to El Dorado service in the drawer. On a Friday, after work, we think there's no way we'll find anyone to talk with about this situation. Without much hope, we left a message and built a fire while waiting because the heater wouldn't come on, when it rains, it pours. I sat there without much hope, bundled up, thinking looks like we were turning around and going home; I could deal with no heat because of the fireplace but no powder room; well, it's a wee bit chilly out to be au natural for my liking. Then, no longer than a half hour or less, the phone rings, and it's the owner, Shawn! After asking a few questions, he reassured us don't change our plans, to enjoy the slopes, and he would be out and handle what needed to be done; and if something were more serious, he would let us know and make a plan. Saturday rolls in, and we enjoy a fantastic day of skiing and perfect weather - and realize we didn't hear back, so maybe this is a good sign! And low and behold - Rudolph's red light was off, and there were footsteps in the snow affirming Shawn arrived and handled it! The rest of the weekend was saved, and he called this morning to follow up and make sure everything was working out. You don't find customer service very often like this, so we greatly appreciate the expedient and professional attention! We are customers for life! Thank you again, Shawn!
