I had a situation where a septic tank float was not activating the pump and therefore I had to manually turn on the pump. Called El Dorado and luckily they had an opening the same day. Two technicians, Adrian and Noah, quickly assessed the problem and had the right materials to replace the lower float. Very happy with the results. A job well done.
I had to have an old system replaced- tank and leach field. The folks at El Dorado, from office to crew, were professional and efficient. The guys doing the excavating and installation were cordial and informative. They did not mind my many questions. Spencer is the most proficient backhoe operator that I have ever seen.
There were extra touches that I appreciated. The septic tank was located in my fenced yard. Spencer and Adrian made sure to rig the fence back up every afternoon so that my dogs could go out in the yard again. Spencer also rerouted a water line to my horse troughs so that it did not run through the leach field.
