I can't say enough great things about Waters Plumbing! I had a broken shower faucet in my Airbnb cabin. They responded quickly and came prepared with all the parts to fix it so that it could switch between shower/tub and also control the water temperature. They did a fantastic job of replacing it the next day and everything was perfect when our guests arrived at 3PM that same day. I had a plumbing emergency this morning, my son recommended Waters Plumbing, I called and spoke with Debbie who wasn’t able to get someone to my home until Wednesday, I was so upset but decided I would figure out how to handle the issue, awhile later I had a missed call from Waters Plumbing saying they had someone could come out sooner unfortunately I missed that call, but as soon as I saw it I called back and spoke to the wonderful lady again, she told me that the guy wasn’t available then not more than 5 minutes passed and she called me again and told me that a guy wasn’t available available if I could get home, I spoke to my employer and explained...read full review
I have never had a business respond so promptly to a call for customer service. And when Kelly and Roger showed up they went right to work. Roger went under the house to conduct an investigation. I have been under my house on a number of occasions, and I know what a difficult task that is. Roger never complained. When he emerged he gave us a detailed and thorough report, including photographs of what he had seen. I could not have done that. I am amazed. Meanwhile, Kelly was busy servicing our heating and air conditioning unit. His repairs improved on the original equipment.
