Hot water heater went out in the middle of two of my girls taking after swimming showers. My husband Jack was at work in the Bay Area and found Optimized Plumbing & Piping out of Sonora. Could not be happier with Curtis. He called me said he would be out around 3 pm which I was happy with but when he called back around 1pm and said they would be there in 30 mins I was ecstatic! In November 2023 we received a flyer advertising Hybrid water heater from Optimized Plumbing and Piping. I gave them a call and talked to Curtis about the unit’s cost savings, size variation and install cost. At the time there was a substantial rebate being offered that we were able to take advantage of thanks to Curtis’s help. We felt the Hybrid water heater with its energy efficiency would be a good addition to our all-electric home. The installation and removal of the old heater went without any problems.
