Nick Wray did an excellent job in repairing our blocked drainage system. I usually hope for 70 percent percentage in satisfaction of performance. This was an exceptional occurrence that I rate as 100 percent. Wonderful in all respects. You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated and friendly employee.

Jason from Roto-Rooter called to let me know he was on his way. Since we have our pool next to where our clean out line was plugged with pressure it was going to be challenging opening it up. Jason did a great job in preventing it from getting into the pool, I really appreciated that. Not my call but hope he gets a raise for his effort, because it’s not an easy job. Thanks again, Stephen

Jason did a great job fixing a clogged septic line that had about 3 feet of solid root growth. It was underneath heavy rocks so had to be excavated out. Other repairs including putting in a drain clean out were expertly done. The office was on point at all times and I recommend Roto-Rooter Sonora!!
