“We recently had the pleasure of working with Lincoln James Construction on a substantial home remodel. The project included removal of walls, extensive demolition of and reconstruction of the kitchen, laundry room, windows/doors, a never used bar and turned the separate living room and family rooms into one great room off the extended new kitchen. The results were exactly what we had envisioned. Once the job started, Lincoln and his foreman, Logan, and the various subcontractors, were there continuously. We saw visible progress at the end of every day. We had the unique situation of having to live on the jobsite – another wing of the house. Lincoln worked with us to make that happen, with ongoing communication as things moved forward to make our lives “livable.” He is adept at finding options to tackle unforeseen circumstances, as well as help achieve a vision.
