Love this gym! They just get me. I need the motivation they supply, they make it fun, personal, and it's beautiful and newly redecorated. Marcus has been consistently running a great business for years, and my trainer Lane works closely with me because I have back and balance issues. He is encouraging and makes it fun. I had started going to physical therapy for my back and noticed everything they were doing in physical therapy I was already doing with Lane. He always make sure I'm comfortable with the exercises we do, and it certainly has worked well for me. Thank you guys for all you do!

I’ve been training with James at Milagros Fitness since 2019. I originally started seeing him for posture correction, and body awareness. My doctor referred me to see a Personal Trainer who has a PT background, and that’s how I found Milagros. All the Trainers there are degreed and accredited which was very important to me. It’s a very beautiful facility and the location is right on Cedros ave.Highly recommend any of the trainers there, and really love the results I’ve accomplished. Thank you, Milagros.
