Dr Shields and his entire staff are the absolute best. Have been going to this practice for 25+ years and have never had a bad experience. They’re kind, accommodating and always provide the best patient care. Will never go anywhere else!
Dr. Shields is fantastic! He talks you through everything so you understand what is best for your eye health. Not to mention, he has a great personality, asking you about your life and sounding genuinely interested. The ladies that help do your pecan eye test are so friendly and get you in and out quickly. The front desk staff are all so friendly. Courtney was amazing at helping me understand my insurance benefits and getting me the best deal on contacts! Always a great experience!
Dr. Shields takes the time to examine the patient, speaks as necessary to explain what he sees during examination and answers questions thoroughly. I feel comfortable expressing the worries or concerns about the state of my eyes. I appreciate the fact that he does listen to me--no question is stupid for him.
