From the moment I walked through the door with my pup, her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals were crystal clear. She took her time to explain everything thoroughly, listened with compassion, and treated my pup with the utmost respect. Dr. K, as I call her, has an incredible way of making even the most nervous animals feel at ease, and her medical expertise is unmatched.

Us Martin’s Are so grateful to called Dr. Novy veterinarian.. He’s incredible. He knows his stuff like no other .. And he loves our Pets like they were his own I don’t think there is anybody that could ever replace him. His staff are caring and helpful in all they do as well..
Our cat was sick and we found out our Veterinarian had moved from another facility to Valley Veterinary Clinic (30 miles away) We trust Dr. Megan Thomas and would follow her anywhere to care for our cats. She is thorough, detailed and it was such a relief to find her again. What a pleasant experience at Valley Veterinary Clinic. From the first call to the visit, everyone was so helpful and kind. Dina and Mindy are top notch as well as both Vet Techs (sorry I didn't get your names) you all did such a great job. I also liked the separate waiting areas for Dogs and Cats. The facility is older and I LOVED the warm atmosphere; don't change a thing. You could tell so many fur families have been cared for here. Everything was spotless and organized. What a great place to find to care for our cats. Thank you for taking such good care of Walter. He is already feeling much better.
