Particularly, Danny was so nice, knowledgeable and outgoing while helping me make sure i wasn't going to get ambushed, again, by my insurance.

I've been a patient at UCLA Health Simi Valley for 3 years now and I have mixed feelings about my experience. Dr. Gabriela Rodriguez is my primary care physician. She is amazing. She is attentive, listens to my concerns and genuinely cares for her patients' well-being. Unfortunately, the rest of the clinic staff doesn't match her professionalism. They seem rushed and unfriendly which makes the visits feel stressful. I have experienced inefficiencies resulting in wasted time and it leaves the patient feel frustrated. I hope the clinic addresses these issues to improve the overall experience.

I saw Dr. Roya Mojarrad for the first time recently and I am already not afraid to say that she was one of the best doctors I ever had. The professionalism and the attentiveness/care I was given was such a stark contrast to my experiences with doctors in the past which is why I felt so inclined to write a response here. When my friend recommended her to me I honestly was expecting a regular run-of-the-mill session, so I'm very glad I was proven wrong! So far she has been my best doctor.
