I could tell from the photo that Technician Enrique was Super Nice, Competent & Reasonable. He unclogged my kitchen drain & was kind enough to replace missing & cracked o rings in the garbage disposal that tech from another Co. had installed. I 100% recommend Enrique for all plumbing needs & am having him return to install new bthrm sink drains.
Excellent work as always! Enrique was excellent and professional! We have worked with Jonathan and Israel as well. The entire team are the best! Giovanni did an amazing job today as well. We highly recommend Team Rooter!!
Giovanni was great. I called a plumber who showed up earlier this morning who came and snaked the line but couldn't free the clog. The plumber said the pipe can't be snaked. Said they need to run hydrojet and kept talking over me, so I sent him away. Then I called Team Rooter and they sent Giovanni out. Giovanni snaked the line and popped the clog free and everything works like new. I'll be calling Team Plumber in the future before wasting time with other fast talking low quality plumbers.
