I've been a 20 year patient along with my family, plus many referrals, but unfortunately will be moving my family to a different doctor's office. Dr Kurohara and his nurse, Ellen, have been wonderful, but the new office management is unprofessional. I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and they marked me as a no show when there policy states that you have 15 minutes. This was so disappointing, but the office manager did not care even though there were no other patients in waiting room. I will be moving my entire family to another physician. Dave Gaydos

Went to the new location and a lot of my past issues have been remedied. I still think they need more doctors on site to split the patient load. ALSO GET SOME RUGS OR HANG SOME CURTAINS IN THE WAITING ROOM HOLY COW!!! Echos are not a suffering persons friend

Terrible customer service. Wait in the office is forever. Then they have you sit inside the room for another hour before you see a doc. Good luck securing an appointment to begin with - Dr. Davidson is on vacation every other month according to the front desk.
