The service visit with Hector went very well. He was very professional, explained everything that he was doing and why. I was very pleased with his work and his ability to answer any questions that I had. He examined our equipment, determined what the issue was and effected a repair immediately. He also surveyed our HVAC installation and was able to identify areas of concern, offering suggestions that would improve function and efficiency.
