My experience with shane d. and the preacher john m. was very very nice. Shane was nice and proffessional and understanding. He is good at funerals..above and beyond everything he help long distance!! I was in new mexico and he guided me thru everything there. The preacher, john m., was probly the best leader of the services ive ever witnessed. Super great. Smart and happy and can read the room. After my brother then my husband and then my dad.....i was just spent...these 2 men basically said...dont worry brenda, we got you....what a relief!! Highly recommended
First I would like to acknowledge Ms. Connie Lopez for her sincere desire to serve us. Even in a time of grief and sorrow, Connie projected an air of symphathy. Since our only contact with this funeral home was Connie, we can only surmise that the rest of the staff has the same attitude. She assisted us and to this time, she continues to display her willingness to far and above any business requirements. She reflects professionalism pride on herself and on the Reardon Simi Valley Funeral Home. I wholeheartedly will recommend this establishment.
Reardon Simi Valley provider us an amazing service. Especially in this time as we lost a loved one. Shane Dietsche Location Manager was with us from the beginning to end. He provided all information needed and took care of all calls that needed to be made for the funeral. The staff and assistance are very caring, professional and attentive to your needs making sure everything runs smoothly. I would definitely recommend their services.
