Great but sad experience. We lost our family pet at no fault to them. They made the experience as pleasant as possible and helped with the process. They were great and even sent a card to us signed by the staff. We had our pet cremated through them also.
It’s easy to get an appointment, the staff is very polite and considerate. The doctor is very gentle with my dog and patiently answers all my queries. I feel very comfortable taking my dog to this place
Dr Kang and the staff are great. They know how to keep pet parents calm (I tend to be a bit neurotic) and informed. Dr. Kang leaves elective procedures up to you with no pressure. Dr. Kang takes a personal interest in you and your furry child. He and the staff have my total confidence. Highly recommended.
