I am an ISO management system lead Auditor and I assess the effectiveness and efficiency of hundreds of companies in the USA and globally. I must say that I am totally impressed with the NexGen Air Conditioning management system they have implemented. The easy to access their order request process, the quick confirmation, the timely notification throughout the process leading up to the service technician arriving on site, what a smooth and efficient process flow. Alexander and Eric came out today for my AC tune up. I can honestly say it is the BEST tune up I’ve had. Excellent work, friendly and very good at what they do. They deserve accolades snd and a raise!
So happy with NexGen. We needed service on our a/c unit and the technician was out as soon as we needed him. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He got our a/c up and running like brand new. I also liked the ongoing communication with the company via texts and email. Very quick response time.
