Crystal even sent me copies of our warranty paper work. She also told me how I could save ? money by belonging to the XXP plan with lots of cost savings for you . IT'S on sale so sign up now!!! I saved $88.00 today alone. When I called back to sign up I got Samantha and told her about the email from Crystal , she asked me to hold on so I could leave her a voice mail. David Faustino Rojas was the technician assigned to come and check out my AC system, and he was great. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was thorough in his inspection and explanation and answered all my questions. David also proposed different options on how to resolve the issue I had, and how to ensure I properly maintain my unit. The billing was also fast and convenient. Overall, a great experience with NexGen, and with David.
