I was gifted a massage here for my birthday and had never been before. After rescheduling me last week, I rescheduled for today. 3 hours before my appointment, they called to see if I would switch therapists to a male because they were trying to consolidate schedules. I said no, and that they had done this to me already and I said wanted a female. So I finally show up. Front desk was very nice. Front room was welcoming. Then I was taken to the "relaxation room" ha! It was a side room with chairs and a water dispenser. My masseuse came to get me and she was very friendly. I have no complaints about the masseuse. My experience with estheticians in Dermatology offices, spas and other places have for the most part been good experiences with the exception many years ago of an exfoliation burn in a dermatologist's office in TO. After years and years of being treated by many estheticians, I have found my experience with Terri the best. She is skilled, experienced, takes the time to ask about concerns and checks skin condition before treating my skin, takes great care and creates a relaxingly friendly environment. The massage staff and the experience is wonderful. The massage beds are heated. A long time ago they used to put warm, wet towels around and my feet at the beginning of the massage - that was wonderful. There was a problem when I tried cancelling my membership but that was settled. If I was a stranger to them, I would happily return to them without a membership. Great massage staff and I'm very happy that my cancellation was taken care of.
