My experience with estheticians in Dermatology offices, spas and other places have for the most part been good experiences with the exception many years ago of an exfoliation burn in a dermatologist's office in TO. After years and years of being treated by many estheticians, I have found my experience with Terri the best. She is skilled, experienced, takes the time to ask about concerns and checks skin condition before treating my skin, takes great care and creates a relaxingly friendly environment. My skin is hydrated and brightened. I am always pleased with my results. I have been her client for the last few years and will continue with Terri. There's no need to try anyone else.

Visiting Massage Envy Simi Valley is a treat! I'd been a member for several years in Pleasanton before moving to Simi and I've appreciated my experience at both. Regarding Simi Valley - front desk staff is excellent. Warm greetings, efficient record keeping, helpful with future appointments. Katherine is a wonderful massage therapist. Responds and adapts to my directions/suggestions so that every visit is a real pleasure.

This facility is very nice. The staff was courteous. I had a massage with aromatherapy today with Michelle. She knows her stuff. She is strong. She communicates effectively and early in the massage so you can make adjustments. A massage is a special splurge for me, so I can really tend to have high expectations. Michelle was great. I will go back. She also represents the ME company very well. She spoke highly of her co-workers also. Very refreshing.
