I had a great experience working with Andy and his team at L & O. From the start, they were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Andy took the time to really walk me through my HVAC system, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated.

We have trusted L & O for our HVAC needs for about 15 years. This time, the service was the annual "inspection" & maintenance of our HVAC system. Andy was our technician, & he was great!! Personable, explained what he was doing, very professional & with great "people" skills. L & O is always reliable, reasonably priced, & has NEVER tried to "upsale" or say a repair was needed when nothing was wrong with the system. Highly recommend this great company.​
