Three weeks after moving into our home this past December us Ventura residents received our first heavy rain in years. On the second day of rain, we woke up to the rainwater dripping in the bedroom. I tarped and tared the roof as best I could in the downpour but wanted a roofer to inspect and give an estimate on replacing the roof when it dried. K&H Roofing was recommended by previous neighbors. Kurt responded and came over in a timely fashion. He found a few suspect areas that I had missed and slapped some mastic on them. He felt pretty confident that was the source of the main leak.
