I had a great experience here! I’ve had contacts for 17 years and had many private doctors but this place was better than most. Everyone was extremely helpful. I had some complicated issues with my prescription - they listened and helped without making me feel crazy or too picky. Truly went above and beyond for my needs.

A 3 or a 4? 3rd time I've used americas best. 2x down in lake forest 1x in Simi valley. Very good experiences in lake forest. The lenses were perfect. I got progressives all three times. My complaint is with the simi experience. The lenses came out very wrong at first. The sales staff was extremely helpful in trying to remedy the problem. They reordered both both pairs. When they came back one of the pairs was usable and the other, not. Again, sales staff was very accommodating and we ordered new lenses for the third pair.

I had a great experience at the America’s best and Simi Valley. Dr. Wallace was superb. She’s highly intelligent, sweet and kind. Very professional was so gentle with me took her time to explain everything. I really felt like I got an excellent exam. Gisele and Katia who work in the main Store suite as pie so helpful took their time didn’t make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend having your eyes examined at this location.
