Even though i have purchased day passes and enjoyed working out there, last week I noticed that my credit card was over it's credit limit, after investigating I found out that Sierra Fitness charged me thousands of dollars on my credit card. I called and had to play the telephone tango until a manager called me back, when I explained the situation she told me that I had bought a trainer class package worth thousands of dollars for a person I don't know. I corrected her and explained that I didn't know this person, she said that she would credit my account back.Days later my account is still overdrawn, on the card I used for Christmas Shopping (for airline... read full review
