Doug charged us $300 ,hecleaned the filter which hesaid dint need it, our pool was green no matter how much we ran it the filter just could not clear it.He said to keep running it.We tried to tell him there was something wrong with the pump or filter because it would stop circulating after 20 min and when tried to vacume it blew all the de back into the pool..But he kept telling us to keep running it and it would clear up..never did. when I called him and asked for a refund he said we dint hire him to clear the pool,well he dint clear the pool nor did he find the issue with the pump.He cleaned the filter for $300.We called someone else andHe found the issue with filter... read full review

We recently had a pipe burst on a Saturday night, so i used the Yelp help find a service person option. Within a more than reasonable time, Christal had responded with questions, picture requests and a solution. Having someone respond on a Sunday is impressive alone, yet she was willing to go above and beyond to help us and get a resolution quickly! First thing, Monday morning, she and her assistant were out with the correct parts, fixed the problem and we were back in business! Talk about efficiency! Very impressed with Christal and Bright Water Pool Services! 10/10 would recommend! Don't waste your time with anyone else, literally!
