Thanks for your time today Sam. I ended up getting my son to open the lock which we replaced with a new set that has weather guard. I think that was our problem. The original had issues from the elements. I'm reviewing you so that I can remember how helpful you were. Hopefully we won't hVe any emergencies, but if we need a locksmith, we know who to call. My guy came by took care of my gun safe problem quickly and professionally. That thing didn't stand a chance! It was actually a lot of work and he was really nice about it and very reasonable on the price. Thanks man, appreciate the help!

Sam did a great job fixing our front door. After receiving some parts from Baldwin, he was able to fix the lock. I would highly recommend him for his prompt response time and nice demeanor.
