One on one with your Doctor of PT. My recovery would never have come along this far after a year without the professionalism and incredible therapy- which required hard work- without Elevate. I am a former marathon runner and athlete so it was very important to me to work hard with the best after a freak ski accident. All my workouts were tailored to my needs, and I truly appreciated that. The gym is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. Ali and Micah always patiently responded to all my concerns and questions in detail, as did my fantastic trainers, Divya and Jorge, who did a great job at training me. Even though I had to terminate my membership early due to a personal health emergency, I gained a lot of knowledge in the short period of time, which I aim to implement in my workouts in the future.
