The worst experience ever broken pipes and floods all the time, dust every where, rugs all dirty, not friendly management, increasing bills all the time , the moving out expensive was like getting robbed for the last time.

I love it here! It will be seven years at the end of this month. Renovations and changes are constantly being made to improve the community. SmartRent was added, paying for our laundry through our phone. Everything is so convenient now. It's pretty awesome. I will definitely moving to the community.

I have lived at Encore for 5 years - longer than I thought I'd originally stay but maybe that's a testament to the staff. Look, this place has all the small issues any apartment complex would have, but so far as I'm concerned they're generally minor. It's a quiet community, it's a safe community, importantly for me it's a relatively clean community. In 5 years of living here I have never once seen a roach. I have lived in other communities and this fact alone is kind of crazy - I hope I've not jinxed myself. But, to see poor reviews leaves me wanting to give my 2 cents and that the current management is also so great. Dee is wonderful... read full review
