“I had been dealing with shoulder pain, elbow pain, and numbness in my fingers for over a year, but one day the pain was terrible. I could barely move my arm. I used to get MAT (Muscle Activation Technique) done which helped a lot, but I recently moved states and had no doctor or MAT practitioner, but I found Dr. Eric Steibl through the MAT website. During that first appointment, he was able to pinpoint the reason behind my pain (something that past doctors couldn't tell me), he was able to relieve my pain and he gave me exercises to do at home. Months later, I continue to feel so grateful to have found Dr. Eric. He is amazing. He has taught me to be more conscious of my posture, and has given me recommendations for my day to day. One of my favorite things: I enjoy exercising a lot and my line of work is very physical. Past doctors advised to stop exercising and to stop using my arm, which made my pain get worse. I appreciate how much she cares about the review and rating. And I understand running a small business isn't easy so I'm here to provide an update. The owner asked me to remove the review, however, I don't think is fair nor necessary because I did have a very negative experience trying to make an appointment last time. I still remember how rude the front desk person was answering the phone. When I saw the owners msg, I was actually thinking about giving this place a second shot because she did sound sincere.
