We had a great experience working with So Cal Builders and Desighn. Everyone in the company was great and they did fabulous work. We did an addition as well as renovating. Milton, who was with us everyday, doing the work was fantastic. Can't say enough great things there! I would highly recommend working with So Cal Builders and Desighn.
Had a great experience working with Gal at So Cal Builders and Design. We are first time home owners and found out during the inspection process we needed to do a lot more work than we thought. What started as a bathroom remodel ended up also including new floors, plumbing, sewer, gas line and more. Gal was very communicative and answered any questions or concerns I had. He was flexible when we ended up adding on to the initial project. I especially appreciated his design ideas and expertise. We remodeled a small bathroom and had to find some creative solutions to fit everything in there. The bathroom is gorgeous and we have a beautiful, safe, updated home. I recently hired Socal Builders for bathroom remodeling of one of my rental properties in Granada Hills. We had many contractors visiting and giving us quotes, and promises, however the contractor that we trusted the most by far was Socal Builders, so we decided to hire them for them job, and to say I am so happy that I hired them is an understatement. Avi and his entire crew went above and beyond our expectations and made sure this whole process was as smooth and perfect as possible.
