The best hair salon in the Valley! I’ve been going to them for almost 15 years. Brayen and Nancy are both so professional and friendly. The place is always super clean. Highly recommend it!

Everyone there was very friendly but I did not get what I asked for whatsoever. I had to go in myself and cut a lot of hair at home to make it even look okay. I am not pleased and definitely will not be going back. NOTE: they are good at dying hair but if you want a haircut then they are DEFINITELY not the salon to go to!!! I wanted a wolf cut with wispy bangs and I even showed him a picture of what I wanted, I got ONE layer and bangs that were way too short and uneven.

I cannot praise this place or person enough!! He is extremely friendly and knows exactly what he’s doing with hair. He knew what I wanted the moment I tried to explain it. The price is great and the service is spectacular. Best experience ive had at a salon- period. I’m literally writing the review as I’m still in the chair. Go here!!! I recently had my hair cut by Bryan. 10/10. I signed up and paid online for an appointment two days later, process was seamless. Bryan was so friendly and helpful and cut a bit off at a time so that I could assess at each length to see if I wanted to go shorter. Even with that process, he made quick work and it felt like I was in and out in no time. The atmosphere was bright and open, as well. I'll 100% be going back to this salon.

I got scammed at this salon and do not recommend going, or if you do proceed cautiously. On their website it clearly states that a woman's haircut is $60, and they pre charged my card before I went so I thought it was the full price. The stylist Nelli washed, cut, and blow-dried my hair, and then at the end she said the price was $150. I was shocked. I told her that the price advertised on the website was $60, and pulled it up and showed it to her. At this point the manager came over and was extremely rude and in my face saying things like I was wrong and the info was clearly stated etc when it was not. When I made the reservation I did not receive an email from the salon explaining that the $60 was actually just a deposit and subject to change, and no one explained that to me when I arrived at the salon either. Every hair cut I've ever had in my life included a wash, cut, and blow dry in the price of a "Woman's Cut." Other salons I've been to in LA have been priced around $85 for this, so I thought I was getting a deal with $60. That's the whole reason I chose this salon. In the end Nelli charged me $120 instead of the $150, but I still felt really ripped off because that was double what I thought I was going to be spending. The hair cut was great, but the customer service experience was awful. I left feeling upset and disrespected. I will not be back and will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. I just checked their website and they already raised the prices, it now says haircuts are $70 which still sounds like a deal, but be warned, it's not. If you go be sure to ask what the total price will be, don't assume things are included like at other salons, otherwise they may try to charge you way more than you are expecting.

I needed a haircut in a hurry and wasn't able to go to my regular stylist, so I looked up some reviews and ended up at Serenity.
The process of booking and paying beforehand was nice - it kept me on time to my appointment.
I brought in a picture of what I wanted and it's what I got. I was not upsold on anything - I wasn't asked for *anything* at the appointment (as I'd already paid online).
My hair was already clean so I didn't get a shampoo, but for the style haircut I wanted, they did flat iron it - which was nice because it meant the style was the right length/cut. I wasn't charged for this.
The salon was clean and quiet (some soft music on). I didn't wait even a minute before I sat down in the chair. It took less than an hour total. I had a great experience and got a great cut! I would recommend this salon to anyone, for sure.

I've been coming to Bryan ever since moving to this area several years ago. I'm no spring chicken and have had thousands of haircuts over the years. I have to say Bryan's cuts (and color) have been the best I've ever gotten, and his price is quite reasonable as well, especially considering his skill. I referred a family member who has had problems with even very expensive haircuts, and they have been extremely happy with Bryan's haircuts!!

I've been coming to Bryan ever since moving to this area several years ago. I'm no spring chicken and have had thousands of haircuts over the years. I have to say Bryan's cuts (and color) have been the best I've ever gotten, and his price is quite reasonable as well, especially considering his skill. I referred a family member who has had problems with even very expensive haircuts, and they have been extremely happy with Bryan's haircuts!!
