Loved it so much I just bought a 5-pack contrast therapy. Pure recovery has become vital to my post workout routine. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are spacious with everything you need to relax and reset. I currently do 7.5 minutes in plunge then 7.5 minutes in sauna and repeat for a total of 30 minutes. I also love they stay open fairly late. Would highly reccomend this place for any athlete.
