“I'm here in the late morning at 1100 am and it's busier than I thought it would be. I'm doing blood work and prefer to be here early in the morning but circumstances prevented me from getting here. The receptionist check in was super fast and friendly. I was really impressed. I was asked the standard questions to verify identity and recent illnesses. Now to wait for my turn at the flabotomist. I had great luck finding a parking spot across the street too! Oh my, the waiting area is quite noisy with a rambunctious little child, lol. It's really funny but a bit annoying. It was a little while before Mr Scott from the lab came out and called my name. He was funny and did an excellent job of drawing a couple vials of blood for my lab tests. We were done so fast!“

“I purchased two Covid Tests from the local pharmacies. Soooo complicated, it was absurd. One of them, as I opened one of the dozen "packets", lttle white crystals flew all over my bathroom!
Ultimately, I made an appointment ONLINE, EVEN GOT AN APPOINTMENT NUMBER AT A LOCAL RITE AID. After driving there, the pharmacy girl yelled at me, "WE DON'T DO COVID TESTS HERE!"

The doctor that tested appeared to be so knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help me. My test was negative, but my visit at this office WAS POSITIVE.“

“Nothing but love for Dr David Chien and Facey Medical Group in Porter Ranch. We moved out of the area otherwise I would have stayed with these guys forever. From the women on the front desk to the nurses who checked by sons in, to Dr Chien, everyone was amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. We never waited long to be seen and my kids were treated kindly and with respect. We saw them for everything from routine check ups to flu jabs to emergency appointments. Dr Chien is an AMAZING pediatrician. No judgement, excellent communication and took my fears seriously.
