Offer is a diva. He would text to confirm meetings at night and say he would not show id you did not answer within 3 hours. So basically setting up a scenario that allowed him to always no-show. You have choices. There is no need to work with this diva.

UPDATE - We are 6 years into a 90k kitchen remodel from OTM. And just now - we have FINALLY replaced everything that was completely half assed out of the gate - INCLUDING the Kemper Cabinets that have literally disintegrated. Don't believe the "lifetime warranty" rhetoric about the cabinets - because if the installer doesn't support the claim the claim goes unnoticed - and OTM will NOT support a claim. PERIOD. IT HAS COST US 40K more to rectify, replace, and correct everything that OTM promised. Look back at my previous reviews - this is a genuine multi year thread that is absolutely representative of the beginning, middle and (now) the end of a disastrously mis-managed and oversold project from OTM.

Fantastic service! What an amazing company to deal with. They are absolutely a top notch company with great design and service. I am so happy with the outcome of my project and definitely would be calling OTM Designs & Remodeling, Inc. for my next projects to come. Great job OTM!
