New Ground Coaches are one of a kind. I've had the opportunity to watch my boys grow in their skill set and build tremendous character. Both boys continue training weekly and are actively competition in jj completions. Big shout out to New Ground!

THERAPY. As someone who has had occasional difficulties in their personal and professional life I often found it challenging to have something to look forward to. This is that place. This is the place you look forward to going to every day. It isn't so much the building, but more so the people that make this place what it is and what it is evolving into. The friendly faces and genuine friendships that illuminate from here are cheerful and positive. Whether you're a business professional or a blue collar worker, a full time mom or a part time podcaster, young, old, short, tall, athletic or a casual couch potato you will find people from all walks of life here.... read full review

Great facility and awesome head coach. I dropped in while traveling after hearing about this gym from the 10th Planet crew. Environment is super welcoming, members are respectful and everyone trains well. Make sure to pick up some apparel when you are there. Definitely will be coming back for more training!
