We have used Matrix for the past 6+ years. They have provided excellent work. And when we were in a bind trying to do our balcony project for SB 326 they were the only vendor to come out. Read the report and fairly quote us on scope what was going to be $100,000 project ended up costing us $30,000. I cannot recommend them enough. Slava is wonderful and extremely honest and great to work with.
We have worked with Matrix Roofing and Waterproofing on several large condominium projects. The roof inspections are free and thorough, which our Board of Directors appreciates. They are proactive in identifying specific issues with the roofs and providing solutions such as re-sloping the roofs or building throughs, so water reaches the roof drains.
