Experienced my first Shirodhara with Shannon and absolutely loved it. She explained the entire process before beginning and made me feel so comfortable. The process took about an hr. I can't say enough good things about Beyond Holistic Center. Laura, the owner, is unfailingly kind and compassionate, and her kindness and compassion flow through the lovely, peaceful, intimate space. I have attended a few sound baths in this space and I always feel more relaxed when I leave. Considering the metric ton of stress I'm currently under, that is nothing short of miraculous. Another nice part of Beyond Holistic Center is that they provide yoga mats, pillows, and blankets, so all you need to bring is yourself and an open heart.
